Winter in Norway

Our good friend Jim from Norway sent us some beautiful photos. I hope you guys like them as much as I do!

Here is a little note from Jim:

The photos are taken yesterday on I trip I was with some friends from Oslo when we drove (north of Oslo about 90 minutes) to Hadeland Glass Works. You may notice that the road is not exactly US Interstate standard, but this is typical Norwegian national highway standard.

Hadeland opened in the late 1700s and is still in operation. They produce designer glass products and crystal. We were in some of their stores to mainly look around and see the Christmas decorations outside.

A note about the photo of the cart with dolls in it. The dolls are typical Norwegian Julenisser and wife (something like Russian Дед Мороз and his wife).

Hope you enjoy the photos. May help you get an idea how Santa´s workshop operates.
